Our expertise guided them in aligning their new workplace with their core values of cultural sustainability and inclusivity. Working alongside TOA architects and 4WoRK, we helped weave a compelling cultural narrative throughout their office. This strategic move not only redefined their physical space but also reinforced their commitment to making Auckland an exemplary city. Our involvement ensured the creation of a dynamic, adaptable environment, reflective of ATEED’s mission and values, showcasing our ability to deliver more than just a physical relocation.

Lewis Silkin
Lewis Silkin, a premier UK law firm, partnered with us for a strategic workplace initiative centred on relocating their London Head Office. Our collaboration involved leading a comprehensive programme that managed the fit-out of two floors, encompassing 28,000 sqft within the newly erected Arbor Building, marking Lewis Silkin as its inaugural tenant.
In response to adjustments in their working practices due to the pandemic, we worked closely with Lewis Silkin to establish robust hybrid working guidelines. This initiative was part of a broader strategy to significantly reduce storage needs, thereby enhancing flexibility in space usage and working conditions.
Our role extended to managing the relocation of 400 staff members, orchestrating a change programme, and supervising both the design and fit-out operations. We engaged with internal stakeholders to define requirements and oversee the tender processes necessary to introduce new services in the new office. These services included catering, facilities management, artwork, and plant maintenance, ensuring a seamless transition and an optimal working environment for the team.

Greenhill, a prominent investment bank known for advising on major mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions, enlisted our help to relocate their London offices in Berkeley Square. The Greenhill team had secured a new location and arranged the fit-out, while we managed the staff relocation logistics, including packing and clearance.
We led a change programme to help staff familiarize themselves with the new space and its arrangements. Additionally, we collaborated with stakeholders to establish office procedures and set up soft services like cleaning, plant leasing, and conducting risk assessments.
We also managed the clearance of their existing 27,000 sqft office, ensuring a smooth transition to the new premises.

SumUp & The GoodTill Company
Following SumUp’s acquisition of The GoodTill Co, we led the relocation of both companies into a new London HQ in Covent Garden. In partnership with STOICA, we managed the design and fit-out of the new office, ensuring it reflected the merged teams’ personality and met business needs through stakeholder workshops.
We coordinated the relocation of approximately 100 staff, implementing a change management strategy that included tours, Q&A events, and inductions to facilitate a smooth return to work post-pandemic.
Additionally, we managed the closure of previous sites, negotiating with landlords and overseeing the clearance and dilapidations of the old offices to ensure a seamless transition.

We guided a team of consultants from the tender process through to the construction phase. The studio’s extensive collection of artefacts, along with 250 staff members, were meticulously relocated to the new premises.

RSPCA
The RSPCA, the UK’s largest animal welfare charity with a 200-year history, engaged us for nearly two years to lead their workplace change programme. We introduced new hybrid working practices to accommodate post-pandemic adjustments.
We managed the disposal of a 90,000 sqft head office and led the search for a new 9,000 sqft office in Horsham, understanding space requirements through stakeholder collaboration. A competitive tender process was conducted to hire a team of consultants, designers, and builders for the design and fit-out of the new office.
To ease the transition, we developed a comprehensive change and communications package, including tours, Q&A events, and staff inductions. We established facilities management processes and other services for the new office while closing off the old property.
Additionally, we utilised the estate to relocate high-security items to specially designed secure facilities, accommodate significant wildlife needs, and relocate approximately 800 staff members.
